| 摘 要： | 企业资本结构治理是个动态的历史过程,企业现有的资本结构已无法适应现代企业制度的要求,优化企业资本结构成为企业改革的主要课题之一.因此,针对目前贵州省企业改制前资产负债率偏高和改制后股权结构不合理等问题及资金体制改进措施尚不完善和资本市场发育不完善等成因,我们应该从企业内、外部环境两方面来优化企业资本结构.

| Abstract: | The administration of the capital structure of enterprise is dynamic process, the existing capital structure is unable to adapt to the requirement of the modem enterprise institution, Optimizing the capital structure becomes one of the main task in enterprise reformation. In present, the poor in financial institution, capital market and the immediate capital has resulted in some problems , such as the higher rate of asset and debt,the unreasonable structure of shareholding . In view of that, this article puts forward suggestions that the capital structure of enterprise should be optimized both inside and outside. |
