台湾地区首次“政党轮替”后两岸经贸关系的格局与成因——兼析两岸经贸关系长期保持互动和实现双赢的可能性

2000年上半年,台湾地区出现首次"政党轮替",给台海和平以及两岸经贸关系带来了很大的影响和变数。本文认为,祖国大陆和两岸同胞推动经贸合作的主流民意,与台湾当局限制两岸关系发展的图谋之间在多个层面上的博弈,以及台湾当局出于无法回避的经济考量而呈现出某些举措的两面性,才形成了两岸经贸关系的现有格局,使得祖国大陆成为台湾的第一大出口市场、最大的贸易顺差来源地和对外投资的最大目的地。因此,台湾只有通过与祖国大陆建立更紧密经济合作,方有可能融入东亚区域合作并求得自身定位。两岸经贸关系长期保持互动和实现双赢是完全有可能的。
