摘    要:文章研究了企业组织的类生物特性,提出了企业组织的粘弹性概念,并以此为基础建立了环境外力作用下的企业危机产生机理模型,和减少企业危机产生的权变分析框架。研究结果表明,企业的低弹性和高粘性是导致危机产生的主要原因;在未来变化越来越快和竞争越来越激烈的市场环境中,具备高弹性低粘性特征的企业更容易生存。

Abstract:The paper discusses the analogous-creature characters of enterprise organization, then brings forward the concepts of elasticity and sticky of enterprise organization. Based on them, the paper builds the producing mechanism model of enterprise crisis under the forces which come from the outer environment of enterprise organization, and puts forward the analysis frame of reducing enterprise crisis. The study result shows that low elasticity and high sticky of enterprises are the main reasons of crisis. In the future's marketing environment, in which the change will be more and faster and the competition will be more and more intense, enterprises which having high elasticity and low sticky characters are easy to survive.
