| 摘 要： | 本文主要阐明以下观点：①现实中普遍存在的经济增长是在外延扩大再生产方式下实现的；②经济增长方式转变有赖于进一步深化经济体制改革；③企业是转变经济增长方式的主体，需要良好的宏观环境与之配套；④经济效益是经济增长方式转变程度的最终的和综合的衡量指标；⑤我国走可持续发展之路的关键是经济增长方式的转变。
