| 摘 要： | 社会工程活动是对人类社会的发展模式和结构进行设计和重构的过程。社会工程构建的基础是在合理解决社会基本矛盾的基础上,按照系统的本质和特点进行实施,从而实现对社会发展结构的重建,达到工程设计的目的。

| Abstract: | Social engineering activity is a process of designing and restructuring the development mode of the human society,whose foundation is the basic antinomy of the social development.The reconstruction of social engineering can be carried on the base of solving reasonably the basic social antinomy according to the essence and characteristics of system theory,and then attain the purpose of a harmonious engineering design. |
