旅游资源开发的利益协调机制研究

旅游资源的开发是一个涉及多个利益主体的高度整合的社会、经济系统，利益分配是旅游开发相关利益主体关注的焦点，如何协调各主体间利益成为实现旅游业可持续发展的关键。由于目前我国缺乏合理的利益分配机制，导致国有资产流失，开发商收益过高．收益与保护责任不对等，当地居民收益相对较低，居民与旅游资源开发冲突等问题产生。本文在对这些问题进行深层次分析的基础上，提出完善风景旅游资源开发利益分配机制的措施。

Study on Interests-coordinating Mechanism in Tourism Developing

The scenic resource development is an integrated social system which involves many benefit entities; the entities pay a good deal of attention to distribution of interests, so how to coordinate the interests-balance between the entities is the key point. Due to our current distribution mechanism of interests is full of serious defects, it result in developers have high income, government and inhabitants have relatively low income, the income and responsibility are not reciprocity. What is more, it causes the loss of stated-owned assets, serious conflicts between the inhabitants and the tourism development. Based on deeply analysis the reasons of the problems, this article put forward some measurements to perfect the distribution mechanism of interests in scenic resource development.
