| 摘 要： | 近年来,由于缺陷产品进入市场而引发的损害消费者权益及危害公共安全等问题日益成为社会普遍关注的热点.但在我国完善社会主义市场经济和建立法治化国家的今天,我国仍未建立缺陷产品召回制度,这必然会阻碍我国经济的发展和法治的进步.应尽快制定<缺陷产品召回法>,以更好地保护公民的人身和财产安全及公共利益.
