农产品批发市场客户满意度研究

摘    要:农产品批发市场只有提供让客户满意的服务才能吸引更多的客户,也才能在激烈的市场竞争中占有一席之地,并不断发展。通过对现有国际主流顾客满意度指标模型的借鉴和改进,构建了农产品批发市场客户满意度理论模型,农产品批发市场的客户满意度是由客户感知的服务质量和客户预先的期望共同决定的,因此,建立合理的收费制度和安全、公平的市场交易秩序是实现全方位客户满意之良策。

Abstract:Agricultural products wholeasling market attracts customers by providing high-level satisfaction so as to win the development in the market competition.By refering to the international mainstream model of customer satisfaction,the paper presents one for agricultural products wholesaling market.In this case it is mainly decided by the perceived and anticipatory,service quality.So it is advised for that purpose to build the fair charging system and maintain the safe and just market order.
