| 摘 要： | 工作过程导向的课程开发是以企业真实的工作过程为基础,以完成实际工作任务为核心,以学生职业素质养成和综合职业能力提高为宗旨,在专门构建的教学情境中进行职业知识、技能传授的课程理论和方法。从酒店业的实际出发,提出了基于工作过程导向的酒店管理专业课程体系开发的思路、步骤和方法。

| Abstract: | Work process-oriented course development is based on enterprise real work process.Taking finishing real work task as the core,fostering students＇ professional quality and improving their core career competency as the guideline,work process-oriented course is the kind course theory and methods on professional knowledge and skill delivery in teaching environment specifically constructed.The essay takes hotel industry reality as the starting point and brings up the idea,steps and methods of hotel management on constructing course system which is based on work process-oriented. |
