我国中小饭店企业经营环境与管理对策研究

中小饭店企业在我国旅游经济发展中的作用越来越大。由于中小饭店企业本身具有规模小、数量大等特点,加之面临的经营环境具有一定的特殊性,因此经营环境对中小企业的发展具有尤为重要的作用,中小饭店企业的经营与管理要始终追求与环境相适应或契合才会健康发展。同时,良好的经营环境也需要政府、行业协会及企业自身等多方面力量来维护。从中小饭店企业所处的宏观经济、行业和内部环境等方面对其经营环境进行分析,并结合中小饭店企业的管理现状进行相关分析,以提高政府、行业和中小饭店企业经营者对经营环境的认识,从而更好地促进中小饭店企业的发展。

The Research of Small and Medium Hotels＇ Business Environment and Management Measures in China

The small and medium hospitality enterprises（SMHE） are becoming more and more important in our national economic development.Due to the small scale and large number of the SMHEs,the business environment they are facing is also special.The business environment is so significant to the development of SMHEs,only by the fitness between the enterprises and the environment can lead them to success.However,a good business environment needs the cooperation among the government＇s proper policy,the industry itself and the SMHEs themselves.Consequently,this paper gave an analysis of the business environment from the macro,micro perspective,and conduct relative analysis between the current operation of SMHEs and the business environment,then use the data to confirm the hypothesizes so as to give a model of SMHEs operation in the business environment.Furthermore,this paper also gave some suggestions to the future development of the SMHEs which are important and useful.
