| 摘 要： | 终身教育和学习型社会的理念已为社会普遍关注。明确终身教育和学习型社会的内涵和形成背景是改造大学生培养模式的前提和基础。分析终身教育与学习型社会对大学生的要求是培养出优秀大学生的关键。树立终身教育理念、合理调整教育布局、改革教育模式和学习方式是适应终身教育与学习型社会理念的要求，培养社会有用之大学生的基本保障。

| Abstract: | The idea of lifelong education and learning society has become all society＇s concern. The study on its meanings and characteristics is the basis of constructing of lifelong educational system and learning society. The analysis on the fundamental causes and the factors of restricting the construction of lifelong educational system learning society is important. Strengthening the idea of lifelong educational system by beneficial mechanism , adjusting properly educational structure,reforming educational mode and ways of learning are indispensable. |
