社会经济的快速发展,高科技产业的蓬勃兴起,需要大批具有高素质的高级技能型人才,发展契合地方经济需要的职业教育是地方社会的迫切需求。职业教育集团化办学已成为职业教育发展的趋势,是构建校企合作长效机制,建立现代职业教育体系的重要途径之一。文章尝试结合无锡地方经济发展和产业转型升级的实际需要,探索一条政府主导、行业指导、校企合作的职业教育集团化办学之路。

The Running Mode of Vocational Education Conglomeration:A Case Study

With the rapid development of social economy and the booming rise of high-tech industry,skillful professionals are in great demand,and the local economy development also demands developing the vocational education which corresponds to it.Vocational education conglomeration is becoming the trend of vocational education development,and it is also one of the important approaches to constructing school-enterprise cooperation mechanism and build modern vocational education system.The paper attempts to explore a way of vocational education conglomeration in which the government plays the leading role,the industry the guiding,and the enterprise the participant after studying the local economy development of Wuxi and its industry transformation and upgrading.
