On College Student Management in the Era of Microblog

Microblog is very popular among contemporary college students because of its convenience,extensiveness and personalization.However,microblog,a kind of new medium,poses challenges to the routine management,teaching management,and ideological and political management in colleges and universities.It is suggested that microblog should be paid more attention to and be studied so as to establish a microblog management mechanism to guide students,create healthy microblog environment,and creatively carry out college management work in the era of microblog.
