职业院校基层管理人员职业倦怠研究

摘    要:基层管理人员长期从事程序化的琐碎、繁冗工作,自主性和创造性受到压抑,职业认同感不为圈内同行乃至社会认可,现实中具体行为表征为对工作感到厌倦、迷茫、失落,工作评价挫伤平等愿望,难以定位自我走向,从而产生职业倦怠现象。倦怠现象的成因可从历史原因、组织重视程度、相对平等三类因素中获得初步例证。

Abstract:Because the grass-roots management have long been engaged in heavy,trivial programmed work,their autonomy and creativity has been depressed,and their sense of identification with their occupation has not been recognized by the peers in the same circle and the society as well.In reality,the grass-roots management often feel bored,confused and depressed,and they are unable to locate their own orientation,which results in job burnout in the end.This paper analyzes the phenomenon from the following three aspects: historical reasons,level of attention paid by superior leaders,and relative equality.
