高校学生参与教学质量评价的实证研究——以南京农业大学为例

摘    要:高校学生参与教学质量评价是我国高等学校普遍采用的教学评价方式。文章以南京农业大学为例,对学生参与教学质量评价的态度、认知、行为、结果等现状进行了分析,结果显示学生评教结果的有效性、学生参与评教的自主性及评教指标的合理性均存在一定的问题,在此基础上提出要重视教学质量评价的形成性功能,提高学生自主性,开展多元化的评教方式并不断完善教学评价指标。

Abstract:It’s common in China that college students participate in teaching quality evaluation.This paper makes an analysis of the attitude,cognition,behavior and evaluation results of the students involved in the teaching quality assessment in Nanjing Agricultural University.The analysis shows that the validity of students’ evaluation of teaching,their desire to do the evaluation autonomously,and the rationality of the evaluation indicators are open to question.Based on the analysis,this paper proposes that the formative function of teaching quality evaluation should be stressed,that students should be encouraged to involve themselves in the evaluation autonomously,and that the assessment indicators should be adjusted and improved to build a multi-dimensional evaluation system.
