推进城市现代服务业发展的路径分析

大力发展现代服务业是我国各城市调整产业结构、转变经济增长方式的战略选择。近年来我国现代服务业得到了快速发展,取得了阶段性成果,但仍有不足。为了充分释放现代服务业对城市发展的持续推动力量,需要从发展环境营造、体制机制改革、政策法规健全、人才储备保证、行业结构调整、创新发展能力提升等多路径、全方位加强建设。

Constructive Suggestions for the Development of Modern Urban Service Industry

In order to adjust their industrial structure and change the mode of economic growth,many cities in China take a strategic step to develop modern service industry.China falls far behind the developed countries in the development of modern service industry though it has made rapid progress and eminent achievements in recent years.The modern service industry gives an impetus to the sustainable development of cities,so this paper gives the following constructive suggestions for the development of modern urban industry: how to create a more favorable environment,how to reform the system and mechanism,how to improve the legal framework,how to train professionals,how to adjust the industrial structure,and how to enhance innovative ability.
