食品安全标准体系的整合

摘    要:文中分析了我国食品安全的现状及存在的问题,针对目前我国的法律、法规、标准体系不够完善,认证体系还缺乏完整性,监督机制不够顺畅等情况,阐述了标准体系整合的必要性及步骤,对GMP、ISO、HACCP标准体系整合的实施进行了探讨。提出整合后的标准体系,将有利于提高生产企业的公平竞争能力,保护消费者合法权益,从而提高行业的整体质量水平,从长远看有利于企业与国际接轨。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the problem of performing food safety standard in china.According to the state of faultiness of law,statute and standard system,imperfection of attestation system and encumbrance of supervising mechanism,this paper expatiates necessity and steps of integration of many standard systems,discusses the performance of integration of standard systems of GMP,ISO and HACCP,put forward that the integrated standard system can improve fair trade of manufacture,protect legal rights and interests of consumer,improve holistic quality level of industry and realize internationalization.
