| 摘 要： | 海域价格评估方法的探讨是当前海域研究的热点；以海域纯收益的确定方法作为研究对象，对海域纯收益作了界定，用两种方法测算海域纯收益，对于进一步探讨海域价格评估方法具有重要的意义。

| Abstract: | How to evaluate the price of marine is a hotspot in marine research. The article takes the net income of Marine as object, explains the connotation of marine net income, and uses two methods to measure marine net income. It has fully significant sense to value the price of marine. |
