跨国公司外包网络的治理与供应商的升级

本文基于网络治理的分析,研究了跨国公司外包网络中供应商的类型和升级的问题。指出供应商能力、信息(知识)可编码程度是影响外包网络治理的关键因素,从而将供应商划分为附属型、交流型、模块型三类,对三类供应商进行了详尽的分析;进而研究了供应商在跨国公司外包网络中实现动态升级的路径与对策。

Governance in Multinational Corporations' Outsourcing Network and the Suppliers' Upgrading

This paper studies the types of suppliers and suppliers' upgrading in multinational corporations' outsourcing network based on the analysis of network governance. It points out that the key factors, which affect the network governance, are the capabilities of suppliers and the ability to codify information. According to this, the suppliers can be classified into three types: appendant types, communion types, and modular types. Furthermore, it studies the path and the strategy of suppliers' dynamic upgrading.
