浅谈坡屋面渗漏形成原因和预防措施

现在施工的一般普通的多层民用住宅绝大多数是坡屋面,坡屋面的施工周期在整个工程的施工周期上占很大的比重,因坡屋面结构皆为全现浇钢筋砼屋面,结构较复杂,细部处理较多,若是在浇筑时细部处理不到位或浇筑质量控制的不到位都会直接影响到坡屋面建筑的质量,诸如出现渗漏现像。下文就坡屋面出现渗漏的原因进行了分析,并提出了预防措施。
