| Abstract: | With the economic development of the community, more and more people show the needs on the spiritual and cultural, and urban culture is the best protection which is to meet this demand of people. This paper aims to describe the role of the urban culture of livable urban construction briefly, and at the same time, analyze the relationship about the urban culture and urban planning, land use planning slightly. |
