电力企业岗位胜任能力评价体系研究

摘    要:针对目前对岗位胜任力能力的理论研究和对电力企业评价体系所存在的问题进行分析,提出了岗位胜任力能力评价体系,为员工能力和组织能力提升提出了新的思路。从评价制度、评价组织、评价标准、评价试题库、评价方法和E化平台6个方面进行设计,目的是建设成一个"以人为本,注重能力"、"一体化、精益化"的岗位胜任力能力评价体系,为企业实现"人才强企"战略奠定基础。

Abstract:This paper analyses the theoretical research of the job competence and the problems of the appraisal system in the electric power enterprises, and puts forward the appraisal system of the job competence to provide the new ideas for the ability of the workers and the organization. In order to build a appraisal system of the job competence with the principles of "people-oriented, focusing on capacity"and "integration and lean", this paper carries on the design from six aspects of evaluation system, evaluation organization, evaluation standard, evaluation test, evaluation method and electronizing platform, so as to lay the foundation of achieving the goal of "talents making enterprise strong".
