| Abstract: | With the increasingly fierce market competition, China＆#39;s small and medium IT enterprises are facing unprecedented challenges, so the timely and correct transformation and upgrading is the inevitable choice to their survival and development. In this paper, the characteristics of small and medium IT companies are explored, the operating elements and competitive features of transformation and upgrading are analyzed, and the corresponding transformation and upgrading strategies are put forward. |
