刍议现代企业民主管理工作

本文认为,当前新形势下企业工会要开展好民主管理工作,其首要任务是全面履行企业民主管理的各项职能;其次要维护职工的合法权益,正确处理好三者利益关系;第三是支持和参与企业行政搞好生产经营管理;第四是调节企业内部矛盾。

Discussion on Democratic Management of Modern Enterprises

This paper argues that in order to carry out the democratic management in the trade union of enterprise under the current situation, the primary task is to fully perform the functions of democratic management of enterprises; the second is to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of workers and correctly handle the interests relationship among them; the third is to support and participate in business administration and improve production and management;the fourth is to adjust the internal contradictions of enterprises.
