城镇化给排水工程设计阶段的造价控制

排水管道工程的成本管理是工程建设中的重要部分,科学合理的制定和控制工程成本一直是工程建设的难点。近几年,随着城镇化进程脚步的加快,各种招标制度与定额预算得到不断完善并且取得了良好效果。现代是商品经济快速发展的时代,社会上普遍存在基础建设工程投资失去控制现象,特别是"三超现象"较为严重,很多企业在控制城镇化排水工程的投资成本时,都忽视了工程设计阶段,而过于重视工程施工阶段,使得控制成本效果非常不理想。本文主要论述了设计阶段造价控制方面存在的问题及有效控制工程成本的方法及措施。

Cost Control of Urbanization Water Supply and Drainage Engineering in the Design Stage

The cost control of drainage pipeline engineering is an important part of the engineering construction. The difficulty of the engineering construction is to scientifically and reasonably formulate and control the project cost. In recent years, with the speeding up of urbanization process steps, all kinds of bidding system and norm budget have constantly improved and achieved good results. Now it is a time with rapid expansion of commodity economy. The phenomena of infrastructure construction investment out of control are common in society, particularly the phenomenal of＂three exceeds＂. Many companies ignore the engineering design stage in the control of the cost of the investment of urbanization water supply and drainage engineering, but pay too much attention to the construction phase of the project, which makes the effect of the cost control unsatisfactory. This paper mainly introduces the problems of the cost control in design stage and the methods and measures to control the engineering cost.
