摘    要:在经济危机的时期,人力资源管理者需要借助经济形势给企业和员工所带来的压力不断推动组织变革,优化组织结构以此消减管理层级,进而引入竞争机制,优化管理体系,推动企业向高效组织转变。文章通过分析经济危机给企业带来的影响,主要运用收缩性人力资源策略来减轻企业的成本压力,用核心人才保留战略手段来保持经济回暖后的人才竞争力。

Abstract:At a time of economic crisis, human resources managers need to constantly promote the organizational change and optimize the organizational structure with the pressure that the economic situation brings to enterprises and employees, to reduce the level of management, introduce competition mechanism, optimize management system, and promote enterprises to transform to efficient organization. Based on the anal3'sis of influence of economic crisis brings to the enterprise, this paper mainly uses the contraction of human resources strategy to reduce the enterprise cost pressure, and keeps the talent competitiveness after the economic recovery with the core talent retention strateaw means.
