| Abstract: | The total amount of water of Haiyuan County in Ningxia has presented the situation of the integration of resources water shortage, engineering water shortage and water quality-induced water shortage. Water resources has become a bottleneck restricting the economic and social development of Haiyuan County. To improve the utilization of water resources and speed up the construction of water-saving society, the most strict water resources management system can effectively solve the shortage of water resources. |
