| 摘 要： | 我国现存的医疗纠纷ADR解决机制缺乏人财保障性、统一性、公平性和规范性,建议大力推广中立专业的人民调解机制,逐步完善合理规范的行政调解机制,规范发展公平正义的协商机制,有限发展"选择终局型"仲裁机制。

| Abstract: | The ADR settlement mechanism of medical dispute in China lacks personal and property security, unity, equality and normative. Suggestions are put forward to promote neutral professional people＆#39;s mediation mechanism, gradually improve the reasonable and standard administrative mediation mechanism, standardize and develop the negotiation mechanism of fairness and justice, and restrainedly develop the arbitration mechanism of＆quot;select final type＆quot;. |
