Abstract:This paper analyzes the current situation of the marketing personnel and the present situation of team quality, puts forward the suggestions to construct the contemplative faculty, learning ability, implementation capacity, innovation and collaboration of the marketing personnel, and analyzes the problem of improving the marketing personnel team construction.
