| 摘 要： | 社会主义新农村建设是我国新时期的一项重大惠农任务,它的主要目的是解决农业问题、农村问题和农民问题。本文通过实地调研分析了陈塬街道办事处在城乡一体化建设中的优势和劣势,针对存在的问题,提出了新农村建设与城乡一体化发展的对策。

| Abstract: | The new rural construction is a major task during the new period. The main purpose is to solve the problems of agriculture, rural and farmers. According to the investigation and research, the paper have analysed the advantage and inferior position of the new rural construction in Chenyuan. In view of the existing problems,the suggestions are put forward for the new rural construction and urban-rural integration. |
