LB-Y2型压裂液用防膨剂的合成与性能研究

油田增产增注的一项重要措施,就是水力压裂。因此,在压裂施工过程中,需要根据压裂性能的好坏完善施工措施。而目前我国各大油田针对压裂作业过程中遇到的一些棘手问题,例如粘土矿物水化膨胀、压裂液滤失量低、反排差、效率低等问题,寻找并研制出一种高性能防膨降率失压裂液体系。本文通过实验,主要针对该压裂液的防膨性能进行研究。该压裂液体系的防膨剂的防膨性能高达80%以上,具有良好的抗温性和抗盐性,对天然岩心渗透率影响不大,伤害率低于20%。

Study on Synthesis and Properties of Anti Swelling Agent for LB-Y2 Type Fracturing Fluid

Hydraulic fracturing is one of the important measures to increase oil production and injection. Therefore, in the course of fracturing construction, measures should be improved according to the fracturing performance. At present, China＇s major oil fields find and develop a high performance anti swelling drop ratio fracturing fluid system aimed at some thorny issues in fracturing operation, such as the hydration swelling of clay minerals, low filtration of fracturing fluid, poor reverse discharging, low efficiency. Through the experiment, this paper mainly studies the swelling properties of the fracturing fluid. The anti swelling properties of swelling agent of the fracturing fluid system is as high as 80%or more with good temperature resistance and salt resistance, and little impact on permeability of natural core, and the damage rate is less than 20%.
