新生代知识型员工非物质激励与其满意度的关系研究

摘    要:新生代知识型员工作为现代企业的主力军,是现代企业获得竞争优势的关键,本文从非物质激励的角度探讨企业该如何吸引留住这些员工,不断提升其满意度,从而更好发挥其为组织的创造力。本文运用SPSS19.0统计软件探寻新生代知识型员工非物质激励中个人发展激励,工作自身激励、工作环境激励三种激励方式与员工满意度的相关关系,并提出相关对策。

Abstract:s The new generation knowledge staff is the main force of the modern enterprises and the key to obtain competitive advantage for modern enterprises. This paper discusses how to attract and retain these staffs and constantly improve their satisfaction from the view of non-material incentives to better use their creativity for the organization. This paper searches for the dependence relation between the non-material incentives and the satisfaction of the workers through SPSS19.0 statistical software and puts forward the relative countermeasures. The non-material incentives methods include the incentives of the personal development, the work and the work environment.
