| Abstract: | This paper checks the quality of public credit information collection from the system, labor, objection handling, problems feedback and performance appraisal. The behaviors of breaching promises are nowhere to hide by checking and unfurling the objective credit history to the society, and honesty is encouraged, thus building a credit country with knowing and keeping the credit and maintaining honesty by everyone. |
