中青年教师教学能力现状及提高办法研究初探

摘    要:当今时代,创新型人才的培养已经成为我国教育的重要目标,教师是人类灵魂的工程师,教师职业能力如何直接影响着学生创新素质、创新意识的培养。中青年教师在我国现有的教师队伍中占据极大地比例,所以,中青年教师教学能力水平是我国教育水平的指向标,其水平的高低直接影响着我国教育事业能否健康发展。现阶段,我国教师队伍中的中青年教师教学能力存在着重视理论、缺乏经验等弊端。针对此问题,中青年教师应提高自己水平,提高业务能力,为培养创新型人才奠定基础,创造条件。

Abstract:At present, the cultivation of innovative talents has become the main goal of education in China. Teacher is the human soul engineer. The professional ability of teachers directly impacts the cultivation of the students" innovation quality and consciousness. The middle-aged and young teachers occupy the great proportion of the teachers. So the teaching ability level of them is the beacon of education level in China. This level affects the healthy development of education career in China. At this stage, there are some disadvantages in the teaching ability of the middle-aged and young teachers like attaching great importance to the theory but not experience. In view of this problem, the middle-aged and young teachers should improve their level and the ability of teaching to lay the foundation and create conditions for euhivating innovative talents.
