| Abstract: | The nation raises funds by financial credits, which will be used for the some weak parts in national economics and basic industries, such as transportation, which can adjust China＇s investment structure and rationalize national economic structure. In this case, how to build a harmonious road charge environment has become a new task for every toll gate. The article holds that putting people first and building harmonious road charge environment are the most importance in this regard. |
