南京市水资源与社会经济耦合协调发展研究

摘    要:水资源是支撑社会经济可持续发展的重要物质基础,水资源的可持续利用是水资源与社会经济和谐发展的必要条件。基于水资源-社会经济复杂系统,构建了水资源与社会经济耦合协调发展的评价指标体系,采用全排列综合图示法测算了2007—2014年南京市水资源系统和社会经济系统的综合发展评价指数,并利用耦合协调度模型测算了两系统间的耦合协调度。结果表明,南京市逐步由严重失调衰退状态向勉强协调发展状态过渡。利用多边形图示法分别对水资源系统和社会经济系统的发展动态进行了分析,并针对发展过程中的问题提出合理的建议。

Abstract:The water resources are the important material basis to support the sustainable development of social economy, and their sustainable utilization is the prerequisite to harmonious development of the water resources and the social economy. Based on the water resources-social economy complex system, an index system for the coupling coordination development of water resources and social economy is established. The entire-array-polygon evaluation method is employed to measure the comprehensive development index of the water resource system and the social economy system in Nanjing City from 2007 to 2014, and the coupling coordination degree model is used to calculate the coupling coordination degree between the two systems. The results show that Nanjing City transits from the severe recession state to the reluctant coordination development one. The entire-array-polygon evaluation method is used to analyze the dynamic development tendencies of water resource system and social economy system, and some rational suggestions are put forward with respect to the problems during their development processes.
