| 摘 要： | 中小企业技术创新的动因、过程和特点决定了为其服务的技术创新平台的构建模式,其中专业镇模式、行业模式和区域模式是中小企业创新服务平台的3种构建模式。走自我长期生存与发展之路是平台发展的必由之路,平台的建设必须找到一个好的盈利模式。
