基于数据融合的维修资源配置决策模型研究

摘    要:维修对象和维修资源构成维修环境,对维修对象的状态进行模式识别,建立系统的维修需求模式。维修需求模式与当前维修资源状态进行态势分析,以确定维修需求与维修资源是否匹配:如果匹配,则说明维修资源可以保证系统现有的维修需求;如果不匹配,则需要对维修资源进行数量上的调整。同时,利用维修需求的历史数据,对维修资源元素进行关联分析,可以求得最优的资源配比,以减少维修资源的物流成本。

Abstract:Maintain object and maintain resources composing maintain. Maintains object was carried on mode identification to build up maintain demand mode. Based on situation analysis between the maintain demand and the present maintain resources maintain whether the resources matche the demand. If match, then show that maintain resources can support the system maintain demand. If not, then need to carry on the adjustment on the amount towards maintain resources. In the meantime, the maintain history data go along connection analysis towards maintain resources, which cans get the superior resource ratio and reduce the cost of resources.
