饭店服务标准化趋势发展研究

摘    要:饭店服务的标准化与个性化,是一个永恒的主题。从饭店服务的发展进程看,个性化服务必须以标准化为前提,而标准化又以个性化为归宿。旅游饭店实行标准化旅游服务战略,可以实行规模化的市场扩张,降低平均成本,从而吸引更多的消费者。实行个性化服务,有助于细分市场的服务项目,支撑企业的品牌战略。正确认识和理解标准化与个性化的关系与功能,有利于饭店企业利润最大化目标的实现,推动更多的饭店企业参与到饭店服务标准化的进程中来。

Abstract:Standardization and individuation of hotel service is an everlasting topic.From the developing process of hotel service,individual service must start from standardization while standardization must end to individuation.Tourism hotels practice standard service strategy through expanding market on a large scale and decreasing average cost to attract more customers.Individual service will help to subdivide the service items of the market and support brand strategy of the enterprises.Perfect understanding on the relation and function of standardization and individuation will make for the realization of profit maximum of the hotels and promote more hotels to participate in the process of hotel service standardization.
