| 摘 要： | 在高水平体育后备人才培养过程中，教练员扮演着无法替代的重要角色。现代的体育人才培养工作对教练员的能力提出了新的、更高的要求。采用文献资料法，概括总结了现代优秀教练员必备的能力，提出培养与提高这些能力的方法与途径。

| Abstract: | In the training process of high-level sports reserve talent, the coach plays an irreplaceable important role. Modem sports talent＇s cultivation proposes new and higher requirements for the coach＇s ability. Using litera-ture data method, the article summed up the necessary capabilities of modem excellent coaches and proposed meth-ods and approaches to cultivate and improve these capacities. |
