摘 要: | 文化品牌建设对组织发展具有重要意义。当前我军院校文化品牌建设存在发展意识薄弱、缺少战略规划和系统整合、缺乏特色个性和影响力不强等问题。外军院校经过长期发展,在院校文化品牌建设方面有很多做法值得借鉴。

Abstract: | Brand culture construction is of important significance for organization development. The current prob-lems in the culture brand construction of our military academies are weak consciousness of development, lack of strategic planning and system integration and a failure to show personality characteristics and strong influence. For-eign military academies after a long historical development, has a lot of experiences in college culture brand con-struction, which are worth learning and reference. |
