高职院校毕业生就业指导现状分析与建议

预计2014年我国高校毕业生总数将达到727万.高校毕业生就业已经成为社会各方面所关注的热点,成为可能影响到各个高校的生存与发展、关系到国家社会经济发展状况的重大问题.因此,必须认真、客观地分析造成高校毕业生就业难的各种可能因素,加强和改进高校就业指导工作,使之尽快向规范化、科学化、系统化方向发展,以更好地对学生进行科学的就业指导,促进毕业生顺利就业.

Current Situation and Suggestions of Employment Guidance for Higher Vocational College Graduates

The amount of college graduates in China is expected to be 7.27 million in 2014. The university students＇ employment has become the social various aspects issues of concern. For now, it may be an important issue which affect all the survival and development of colleges and universities and relate to the country＇s social economic development. Therefore, we must carefully and objectively analyze various factors may result in college graduates＇ employment, so as to strengthen and improve the employment guidance work, make it in the direction of the standardized, scientific, systematic development as soon as possible, with a view to making scientific employment guidance to students better and promoting graduates to obtain employment smoothly.
