| Abstract: | With the severer population aging and an increasing number of disabled elders in China, the public expectations on the needs of elderly care has been increasingly rising. People begin to be concerned about the quality of elderly nursing care as well as the elderly care mode. The thesis explores the issues on the occupation development of the elderly care industry and the human resource development of elderly care and high-end nursing care industry. |
