| 摘 要： | 高校图书馆利用手机短信平台，可主动向读者发送信息，便于读者了解并充分利用图书馆资源。现代信息技术为图书馆从传统被动服务向个性化主动服务转变提供了有力支撑，从而体现“以用户为中心”的服务理念，提升图书馆的形象，有效发挥图书馆作为信息中心的作用。

| Abstract: | Making use of mobile telephone short message platform, college libraries send messages to readers and make readers know library and utilize library resources. Modem information technology provides strong support for library to shift from passive service to personalized service, which reflects users-oriented service concept, promotes the image of library and more effectively performs information center function of library. |
