| 摘 要： | 高职院校平安校园建设是一项系统工程，从系统论的视角探究其影响因素，它们包括：校内——机制、文化、团队、学生四要素，校外——周边环境、地方支持、片警联动三要素。提出构建内外多因素合力平安校园建设的多元一体系统。

| Abstract: | The construction of peaceful campus in higher vocational college is a systematic project. The impact fac- tors are analyzed from the perspective of system theory in this paper. They are, in one hand, institution, culture, team, students inside the campus; and on the other hand, surrounding environment, support of local government, local police force outside the campus. At last, a multi-factor associated system of peaceful campus construction has also been built in this paper. |
