| 摘 要： | 完善内部控制体系是高校管理现代化的必然要求。根据内容侧重点不同，可将已有的相关研究大致分为三类：界定高校内部控制的概念，进行目标定位，明确控制原则；探索高校内部控制理论框架的构建；内部控制评价指标体系的设计和完善。针对这些研究成果存在的不足，提出研究展望。

| Abstract: | Perfecting the internal control system of universities is a certain request of the management modernization in colleges and universities. The related research issues are classified into three main types： define the concept of universities internal control, locate the target and clear control principles; explore the construction of theoretical framework of internal control of universities ; design and perfect index system of internal control evaluation. In view of these deficiencies in current study, this paper proposes the forecast to future research. |
