| 摘 要： | 老有所养、老有所乐是国人不懈追求的理想。“乐”是养老的重要一面，老年人作为社会人，同样有相应的精神和情感需要。以孔子和蒂特马斯的思想为基础，阐述精神养老的重要性；从费孝通的差序格局出发，论述农村的差序格局是精神养老的载体；分析差序格局中血缘、地缘、业缘因素在农村精神养老中发挥的重要作用。

| Abstract: | A sense of security and happiness is our unremitting pursuit of the ideal. Happiness is an important aspect of pension. The old men as social person, also have the corresponding mental and emotional needs. Based on the thoughts of Confucius and Dieter Maas, this article expounds the importance of mental endowment, discusses the pattern of difference is the carrier of the mental endowment from Fei Xiaotong＇s pattern of difference sequence and analyses the important role of blood relationship, geopolitical, karma of the pattern of difference sequence in the rural mental endowment. |
