| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the reasons of applying diversified management to coal enterprises in china,elaborates the problems existing in coal enterprises when carrying out diversified management and puts forward the countermeasures.It points out that coal enterprises should concentrate the strength,cultivate nuclear competitiveness,choose diversified management industry and grasp the opportunity of diversified management. |
