The Preliminary Study of the Frame on Township System Development in Heilongjiang Province |

| Abstract: | Based on an analysis of the present situation and the existing problems of the township system in Heilongjiang Province, the paper works out the preliminary prospect of township system development in Heilongjiang Province, and puts forward the basic thoughts and suggestions on how to realize this system. |
