| 摘 要： | 由于政府和市场都存在着“失灵”以及近年来一系列“全球问题”(如环境恶化、能源短缺、人口膨胀等社会问题)的出现,促使人们对政府和市场的作用等方面的问题进行思考,越来越多的人把目光转向了独立于政府和私人企业组织以外的非营利组织,以期寻求问题的解决方案。本文试图通过对西方几个较有代表性的国家非营利组织发展状况的分析,阐释非营利组织的各种不同发展模式以及带给我们的启示,探求我国非营利组织发展的前景。

| Abstract: | Because of government and market "failures" and "global problems" emerging in recent years ( such social problems as environment deterioration, shortage of energy source, population explosion) , people are motivated to rethink the role of government and market. Nowadays, more and more people turn their attention to non - profit organizations which are independent of govemment and market. Based on some typical cases, this paper makes an analysis of the different development paths of non - profit organizations and its implication to the development of Chinese non - profit organizations. |
